A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Dean'll have to be really careful with the rock salt.

Sam: [disappears in a puff after an errant shot]
Dean: "Aw, damnit!"
Sam: [rematerializes] "Dude, watch it!"

eta: when will I learn to use line breaks? never...

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Newest Dr. Who:

That preview was made of EEEEEE! I did a little Captain Jack dance. And then John Simm! I've never seen him in anything besides LoM, so I'm very excited, as I expect him to be AWESOME. Also, I'm pretty sure I saw Derek Jacobi in there.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

As to the wedding ring question, John was still wearing it in Season two.

Also, Sterling K. Brown (Gordon Walker) plays the civilian husband of an army woman in Lifetime's Army Wives in June. Gave me a little frisson, it did, seeing him in daylight and holding a baby in a rocking chair, before I recognised the actor.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dana, you panicked me. I was sure (and still am, now) that this weekend was a weekend off.

All clear. Please abandon panic stations.

Art Crawl!!!

Okay, I watched the Director's cut. It's the same scene as the scene on the cell phone that I linked to earlier and it's mostly about Dean's frame of mind. (Sound on the CW site is, of course, a million times better than that thing from the cell phone.)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Hey, I was out of town. Also, my usual source dried up (can LJ comms have hissyfits?), so I had to track it down.

I do actually sympathize with the hissyfit, because I wouldn't take that job if you paid me, but still. I was slightly taken aback.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Dana, same thing happened to me. I am a little distraught! I'm hoping that things are more or less back to normal by next weekend.
