Willow: Were there dolphins? Tara: Yes. Many dolphins at the pound. Willow: Was there a camel? Tara: There was the front of a camel. A half-camel.

Trust my rage

Vortex, I think that's good. Joe always scoffs at what I think is appropriate, but I think that's a good amount.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Since Nutty is a sensible sort, I'm figuring she'd be wearing the bear-proof armour that that Canadian inventor came up with.

I'm impressed with the leopard-wrestler, who remembered to be kind to animals...

Trust my rage

ION, my coworkers hate me. We've all been assigned "a box of cases a day". I've been able to do it because a) I'm good with Excel and b) I work fast, but now everyone's shooting me dirty looks and sort of bitching.

So, I'm wasting some time here today so I don't look like such a tool.

No one wants to tell me I'm not a tool?

information libertarian

I hate workplaces where being good at your job makes people think you are a tool. It is not my fault I am smarter than you dumbasses!

Ann, that's a ferret.

Vortex, that amount works for me.

ita, great '50s vibe in that picture.

Stephanie, as far as I'm concerned you have nothing to feel guilty about. Unless you refuse to help co-workers when asked.

Doesn't that kinda diminish the imressiveness of going mano-y-mano (or Nutty-y-cheetah) on a squash court?

I've always struggled (if that's the right word) with being the first or second one done with a test. I feel so awkward leaving first. I guess I shouldn't feel guilty. Being good shouldn't be bad.

ION, a reporter just called me and wanted to interview me. He was speaking so fast (in Spanish) that it took me three times to get what he was saying. I politely declined his offer. What the heck would I have said, anyway? Sounds like a good way to get in trouble if you ask me.

THIS!

Contributing to mediocrity is nobody's friend.

Vortex, that seems a perfect amount.

ita, whoa. That is a great look for you!

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

ita, that outfit is great - and Fred Pete's right, it does have kind of a '50s vibe ... except with sexy.

Stephanie, you can play here, cut your productivity, make yourself and your cow-irkers (and us!) happy (I just saw "Hot Fuzz" and I'm wondering if they're thinking of exiling you to rural ... someplace).

Vortex, that amount sounds good ... but I've been out of high school so long, I have no idea what an appropriate gift is. I would suggest adding something personal - maybe a note or if you know this cousin well enough, a little something they'd like.

And consider me to be doing the dance of happy-A/C-having - got my first good night's sleep for almost a week last night. I'm a little groggy, but much happier.
