Timelies all!
Happy Birthday Sean!
{{{Tommyrot and Senor Sock}}}
Back from Balticon and I'm exhausted. More so than the usual stayed-up-too-late-singing, in that I woke up well before the alarm and was too agitated to fall back asleep. I'm hoping a good part of this was because of the hotel bed, but I know I'm stressing over work as well. Con was fun, though.
What movie are you watching, msbelle? I just finished reading I Love You Beth Cooper which was pretty good. Not great, but good.
I just finished inputting my grades into the system and I ran the report I need. Whoot!
It feels good to be mostly caught up.
It's almost naptime. Tomorrow is the day of buying-a-deep-freezer.
I think I am going to wtach It Happened One Night. I cannot locate my Netflix movie. I've already reported one lost and then found it months later. so lame that I cannot keep track of things.
I am not ready for this weekend to be over.
Tommyrot -- I'm so sorry for your loss. Senor Sock sounds like a lovely cat and he certainly had a long and happy life with you.
Tom, I cannot imagine a human better-suited to Señor Sock than you were, nor a cat better matched to you. I'm so sorry, but I'm also thinking of how perfect it was that you had each other.
I need to do that. How do you report it lost and then what happens if you find it?
Also, I saw Allison Janney at Trader Joes. She made me happy because she was bagging her own groceries.
Oh tommy, I am so sorry. Losing a beloved pet is terrible.
I'm so sorry, tommyrot. I was hoping for a miracle, because I feel like Senor Sock was also on the board. My 14-year-old cat died similarly; she got very weak, I went back and forth to the vet for about five days, and right after I decided I would have to put her to sleep, she died on the vet's table. It's like being hit by a train, except it only feels like it's going to kill you.
