Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

How cute! That means that Noah's outgrown his, right?

I was hungry today! That's twice in two days. And I even managed to stuff a few slices of 'za in. My stomach may yet stretch.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Bah. I went to the emergency vet hospital to see Senor. He's not really doing any better, and they don't really know what the problem is. I just started crying when I was there with him - it was just so hard to see him like that, coupled with not knowing what was wrong or if he would get better.

Tonight I had pizza and watched Welcome to the Hellmouth and The Harvest. That made me feel better for a bit.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

YAY hunger! I wish appetite were transferrable because I'd send mine to you.

Sort of. But not really. They just won't try to attach the bottom to the top around his butt and belly. We got to hold them both again today, which was fantastic and relaxing.

I got a breast pump in the mail. There was no note. Is it from an anonymous buffista? because, if so, I LOVE YOU.

eta I am so sorry, tommyrot. You and Senor Sock are in my thoughts.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Oh Tommy, I'm so very sorry. This is just awful.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

So sorry, Tommyrot. I hope he begins to recover very soon.

A very recently separated (or even broken up) person, sounds like someone to be a bit wary of. Okay, VERY wary of.

I do agree that if one really wants love, one has to constantly rexamine the rules we all make for ourselves. Because every person is different and one size fits all can be a bit limiting. Literally EVERY friend I had told me it was a bad idea to go out with Jason. He was 6 years younger than I am, still technically married, smoked like a chimney and I hate cigarettes, didn't want a committed relationship, and waited a YEAR after I said "I love you" to say it back. There were lots and lots of red flags, except with him I decided to ignore some of my rules, because all the rest of it was so worth it. And still is.

Tommyrot, did the vet think the pesticide might be connected?

I called today and talked to a receptionist or technician person and told her about the pesticide - she then passed the info on to the Dr. Haven't heard back about it. The appt. guy said the pesticide was safe to use around pets.

I also did a little googling - none of the side-effects for various pesticides matched what Senor has. So it's kinda' looking like that's not an issue.

The tech woman I talked to tonight said that maybe Senor could see a neurologist, and/or get an MRI or CAT scan (I forget which) to look at his brain. I've sorta' adopted a "wait and see how he's doing tomorrow" attitude before I worry about that stuff.
