Oh Kat, I'm sorry. She'll be off again soon.
Dang on the intubation. I hope it is brief.
Grace still has a feeding tube, but she's damn cute without the big endotrach tube: [link]
She is very cute and I want to her get better and plump up and in loving arms soon instead of the hospital.
Noah and Grace are too cute for words. Peace and love to all of you. I hope they're both off the vents soon.
Question of my morning -- how do I find a notary? And is there a fee for notarizing, or at least a tip?
Most banks will have at least one on staff.
Your bank will have a notary and if you are an account holder, they should not charge you. Of course, policies vary.
Theo, you could ask around. Lots of people are notaries (including me, but sadly, not where you are). The post office or DMV is the best place to find one if you don't know anyone personally. If you don't mind standing in line to the 7th circle of Hell.
You're allowed to collect a fee but some people don't. They don't charge you at the DMV that I'm aware of.
Come to think of it, I think my notary license expires this year.
Credit unions count as banks, yes?
If so, in fact they just opened a branch over in Cambridge, so I should be golden....
I think land title offices also tend to have notaries on staff.
