JenP: He went on sabbatical from the crime lab to teach a course at a college back east. (Grissom did.) William Peterson was appearing on stage. And he's been back for a bit.
Kat, I'm always reminded of your utter delight at pasta. I was reluctant to get between the two of you. I'm glad you got the mac & cheese love back. (I don't get mac& cheese due to overdose, but I get pasta.)

I t heart pasta so very much, it's true. I am going back off the wheat and dairy when I go back to work. When I'm at home, it's just too too hard.
sara, have you read any of Gawande's books? You'd love him, I think. He is a surgeon and a brilliant writer. and he writes about where science intersects with humanity. I loves him very very much.

We'll go Saturday AM after the hospital and we'll be back Sunday AM to go to the hospital.

It's a retirement party for our principal which makes me sad because I like her.
