The IL date is significantly distant enough from me that I probably would've given it a pass, but I just took another look and realized that I'll be in Atlanta for Dragon*Con that day, anyway.

I'm considering Dragon*Con again, as I do every year. Who else is going? If Buffistas will be there, it's far more likely I'd go.

Pros:

• finger is only mildly excruciating
• pineapple in the fruit salad that accompanied my wrap
• free ice cream in the kitchen

Cons:

• not really hungry for ice cream right now
• already had my desserty treat for the day
• HR/Benefits still hurting my head
• no utensils with which to eat the fruit except toothpicks
• conference call in two minutes

Pros:

• Only another couple of hours at work, and then only one day more this week.
• Payday is tomorrow!!!
• I might actually get through the rest of the summer with minimal borrowing of cash from the 'rents.
• There's a (slight) possibility I'll get 1/2 week's worth of diet food free tonight!

Cons:

• It's only Thursday, damnit.
• I have to fill up my gas tank at $3.25+ a gallon.
• Payday will not give me any wiggle room after I pay off my bills.
