House: I was at once touched and completely squicked by the whole operation. As for the flight, I'm guessing that he's not going on vacation at all, and instead they're going to be flying for some other reason. Also, I think they're leading House to either have a relationship with Cuddy, or be her biodad donor. (And what was up last week with the random "we used to have a thing?" I mean, it makes sense, but way to throw it in there just for kicks.)
