"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Musical fans, help me out!

What do you call a song in a musical that's just there to serve the libretto? Kind of an exposition song? The kind of songs which are never the break out pop hits. Is that called a "book song"? Or something else?

Now tagless for your comfort.

Does the Hivemind know where I can order cheap votive holders for a wedding? I need about 100.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Hec, "book song" works for me but I can't find anything to back that up.

Swouncing

Skipping and poking head to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Gloomcookie's birthday.

Happy birthday, GC! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!

[Also, for the F2Fers - of course I'll collect the pictures links later this week and post them in "my" town! That's such a fun thing to do!]

Yay, I do so love the Nilly wrapups to the F2Fs. Sad I am not there, but pictures are good things.
