I am trying to finish my work asap so I can go home early, but I had to stop to eat lunch. I was sooo hungry.
So do carbs switch on the "I'm full" feeling? Last night I at a huge salad for dinner, but didn't feel full until finally, hours late, I ate one cracker. Then I was full. Weird.
I think that proteins switch on the "I'm full" feeling. Carbs make you feel full fleetingly but proteins keep you going.
I have postits.
I read that as 'postitus.' I was wondering what that was? Posting too much? Nah, that's impossible. The urge to post when you can't? But you're posting now....
They're going to come up with a new cover with the mouse, looks like.
We all agree that the pea green background is yuckarooney.

Irritation or inflammation of the posting, if I've got my medical roots right. An epidemic in some parts of the internets.
Hah, I was referring to my lameass schedule tracking.
Allyson, you'rehaving a great argument day!
I figured out something to do, as did my paras. I'm watching HIMYM episodes here: [link] They are watching 30 Rock.

This was me when I did the low-carb thing a couple of years ago. Eating nothing but salad and protein, I felt hungry all the time.
It's funny, because I'm so the opposite. A given number of calories of carbs makes me starving, but of protein makes me full.
