What'd ya get?
I'm sitting here on the balance ball with MK lying on his back on my thighs, head pressed against my sternum,, his hind feet braced on the table. I'm also eating salad, the bowl which gets rested on his tummy. It's been 10 minutes. Weirdass cat.
I like the Amanda Bynes show.
I got a side table ($12.99), 4 curtain rods ($9.99), endie things for the rods (are they called linnels?)($7.99 for a pair), 2 sets of 2 holders for the rods ($7.99), and 4 sets of curtains, two heavies and two sheers, picture hanging stuff and another floor lamp. Oh and 4 little soft toys.
I still need a 15 -inch wide medium brown billy book case, potentially with a glass door, but it wouldn't fit in the car.
Soon? I'll go to the farmers market and get berries and spinach for salads.
I'm giving up on the dietish for now. Mainly because I want a papusa at the famer's market.
Mr. Kitty = cuuuute!
That's a good haul! What manner of stuffed toys, she asks suspiciously.
What is it about Ikea that I love?
I have no idea. truly. Half the time I want to run away without buying anything.
I once cried on the steps at Ikea. Seriously.
What is it about Ikea that I love?
CANDLES!
Ahem.
Um, that might be more my thing.
endie things for the rods (are they called linnels?)
I think they're finials.
Well, we had Chris's party (I disremember if I talked about it here or in Bitches). None of the peanut/tree nut kids had an allergic reaction. Nobody got injured. Nobody cried. Nobody got lost. Nobody threw up. And? It's over. I'm calling that a win.
I think no blood is a sure sign a kid's party went well.
