"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Hec, speaking of cover art, I like Pete's suggestion best.

I do too, but I expect marketing and the series designer will resist. But that's the solution the designer used on the original album cover, which gives the text a long recursive visual analogue to trombones.

Yeah, and it doesn't look like it'd take significant compression of the font to make it work.

Also, splitting it in two might make them look clueless to the Tom Waits faithful. IJS.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I would like to know more about those walking data.

Also, I can't decide if I should be more relieved or more concerned that my boss just called in and spoke to the other two people on my level and not me...

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

and then I remembered I don't have a representative anymore.

You have a representative, she just can't vote.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I walk fast, at least that's what many of my walking partners say. I of course think I walk at an average pace.

Okay, checked my email and made a panel proposal to some colleagues. That seems like a not bad use of naptime. On to folding!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

You have a representative, she just can't vote.

She does, however, sternly and wrathfully kick Stephen Colbert's ass on a regular basis. I deeply heart your representative.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Had to pill the cat today.(I was hoping her stomach troubles would get better, but they haven't completely gone away) Luckily it was a small pill. (1/4 of a Pepcid) I'm supposed to do this twice a day. Oh, fun...

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Tom: How about something like this from Duluth Trading?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Kashi Mighty Bites:

David: Could you do one of the split ones as the book's title to conform to the series design, but then add a vertical as "art"?
