"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

That picture of the waiter looks Lee Pacish. Can I have him?

I've called dibs, so you'll have to fight me for—oh.

OK, yeah, you can have him.

In keeping with the theme of attractive wait staff, here are my friends C and M (also known as Smoking Hottie Bartender) from Elfo's, my weekend lunch hangout.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I found a skirt I love on clearance. Bought it. Planned to wear it on cruise. Exhilaration lasted until I realized I didn't have shoes to go with it.

SHOOOOOOOEEEEESSSSS! t /Kirk

not your mom's socks.

How would this read?

swordf
isht
rombo
nes

I really like that this doesn't make any real words, so you have to read it together... the uneven letter count and the bigger letter forms in rows 1 & 3 may make the kerning really evil, though.

The real Gilmore girls went awol a season or two ago, didn't it?

You know, the last thing I want to talk about with my boss is my 5 year career plan.

It was a good review otherwise. But man, I hate that. I can't even talk about that with my parents.

Well, the bloom fell off GG a few seasons ago, so while I'm sad, it's understandable.

Maybe in June?

Exhilaration lasted until I realized I didn't have shoes to go with it.

I'd shoe-shop for you if I could.

I think I might be coming down with an evil mutant death virus. This vexes me, and I'm not sure how I'm going to make it through the next two hours without dying. If I end up hugging the toilet, I am so going home early whether I have sick time or not.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Thanks to zappos, shoe shopping is now awesome again! Especially since I have no problem having personal stuff delivered to work.

Please don't die, shrift.

You know, the last thing I want to talk about with my boss is my 5 year career plan.

Oy.

I seriously should not have come into work today.

I'm looking at Zappos. But still. Too many choices. Too many shoe problems.
