That's always my problem when offering advice on dress. Right now I have on a black and white print cotton voile skirt and a black sweater set with suede strappy heels that wrap and tie in the front and have a little flower down by the toes. It's my "I'm a princess on holiday" outfit.

Possibly. I'm actually filling out the online application, although I'm still trying to figure out how to convey the information, "Would hold a valid credential if it didn't take the state of California 9 months to process applications." There's no check box.
