You can track buses on a map in real time, or select a stop and get a list of the next four or five buses, with arrival times for each. Some bus stops have LCD displays that show the arrival times of the next few buses.
That sounds pretty cool.

Regarding the rail lines - apparently the mayor's plan is that we'll host the Olympics and then get a bunch extra funding for necessary rail repairs and expansion. Which... if that's what it takes, I'm all for.
I'm not sure I buy that as a selling point for hosting the Olympics. If we can't handle the repairs and expansion needed for regular traffic as it is...
I just think we'll be in construction hell for years if we win the bid.

Hi, Buffistas! I'm leaving at 9:45 am tomorrow for a business trip. I haven't done laundry, dyed my hair, or packed. My one pair of black pants has a broken zipper. I can't find my small suitcase. It'll be raining in Chicago, so I probably shouldn't wear my suede jacket like I wanted to. But, my new shoes arrived just in time, and they fit and feel great, so at least I will be well-shod. Why am I such a mess?
