Art Crawl!!!

Timelies everyone!

I totally think that a nine-year-old should know better than to shoot animals with slingshots AND to not climb into enclosures with unfamiliar animals even if they're NOT crocodiles. I would imagine that most 9 year olds would know that crocs are dangerous.

BTW, I just discovered that my one of the heaters in my apartment is set up so that I cannot turn it off. Isn't that special? Anyone in the general northern Illinois area can now imagine the temperature of my apartment when I come home after being away all day.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I have a perhaps stupid question... Is meth any different from the amphetamines (speed) we learned about in Health class in the 80's? And if so, why is their such a resurgence. And why does it make people have bad teeth?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Good lord, what'd he do?

From what I can tell, he decided that the flower vase on the counter was evil, and needed to be destroyed, and then examined and walked through.

Now tagless for your comfort.

And why does it make people have bad teeth?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Is meth any different from the amphetamines (speed) we learned about in Health class in the 80's?

No. Meth is another slang term for it. So is crank.

eta: Drugs seem to have resurgences in popularity every so often.

The thing is, I swear no one told us about the teeth rotting thing in the 80's! That is why I have been confused. But thanks guys.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I keep wondering when someone is going to think I abuse him.
Nah, they've met him.

From what I can tell, he decided that the flower vase on the counter was evil, and needed to be destroyed, and then examined and walked through.
Poor boo... Vases can often be evil.

Thankfully Puppycat only thinks flowers are kitty snacks and thus loves vases as if they were chalices.

I hope he heals up easy.

yes it is. Wikipedia says it's similar, but does not go into why it's different.

I hope he's better soon! Amarna has a love of knocking things off of shelves/tables/hutches, especially if she's bored and wants attention (she doesn't seem to do it when I'm not around). Last night, it was one of the computer speakers that she shoved off the computer hutch, and I'm afraid she might go after one of the vases that I have up there next.

MADISON, Wisconsin (AP) -- The Wiccan pentacle has been added to the list of emblems allowed in national cemeteries and on government-issued headstones of fallen soldiers, according to a settlement announced Monday.

About bloody time.
