I considered picking up hair color today, but decided not to tax Franny's patience. I think I want to go a bit lighter next time, and was bummed that the Garnier I bought last time doesn't seem to have the same tone in one shade lighter. Ah well. I'm bound to find it eventually.

Another good day of Scolapalooza! I was downtown for an early rehearsal so I met Tom for lunch. Then brenda and SailAweigh joined us for an afternoon of jaunting. I wish I'd had my camera with me as Mr. Scola and I parted, standing on opposite train platforms with the tracks separating us.

It should be funny unveiling it at krav tomorrow. I keep touching my hair, as if I can feel a difference in hue. And then I get caught up in how much softer it's been lately. Which is just weird.

Thirty eight years old, Cindy, and feeling every minute of it right now. I think it's time for another muscle relaxant and the icing I've been putting off for days.

Today someone (who likes me, even!) mentioned that the grey in my hair was really showing. I stared hard at the top of his head until he started to stammer. I don't care if the grey shows. ... The hell. I bought more dye on the way home.

Seat belts, always. Hate the damn things, they never sit where they're supposed to, I'm too tall and my boobs are too big (in relation to a crash-test dummy, I guess) and they rub my neck, but I feel too vulnerable if they're not buckled.

I don't like bagels at all. Dunkin Donuts makes better coffee than Starbucks. It makes me angry when I have to put in a full 8 hours work on a Saturday and still don't get half done that I needed to. I'm currently using an antihistamine, a decongestant, and a BreatheRight strip, and I still can't breathe through my nose. These are the things I've discovered today.

Stock is made. Now there are like 12 tupperware things in the fridge. We had to resort to plastic cups toward the end there.

Bon, for stock I end up pouring 1 cup each into sandwich ziploc baggies and freezing individually. Easy to use, and no washup.
