Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Kat-- you want company tomorrow for tea or dinner or whatever?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

It took me so long to wrap my head around my last benefits, and I was used to where they hit me. This is all new and weird and I can't help but fear I'm doing it wrong.

Is there someone in HR who can help you?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

My sewing maching is running backwards. I know there's a thing that reverses. I just have no idea where it is or how I triggered it. Anyone know where I might find such an animal on a vintage Necchi?

Could be what -t said or could be something on the hand wheel that toggles. I don't know that particular machine.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Problem with my med stuff is that it's complex and expensive. I'm already taking a salary hit--the tradeoff for commute is sure sweet, but I'm worried about sticker shock when the deductions hit. I'd budgeted in all my stupid med stuff already.

As for pillows, I got most of mine at Costco. If you're looking for jewel tone chenille, you can have mine. Not that avoiding a dust mite problem is exactly how I'd pitch to a mother of twin preemies, but I can't lie to you.

Time Warner makes me miss Adelphia.

As for TiVo, just shoot.

I've had help, but I'm gambling with future diagnoses, specialists, and treatments. I'd need a soothsayer.

Hmm... Jewel tone chenille would be exactly right. But dust mites? I think that's a bad idea.

Noah opened his eyes today. It was cute. Cuter than the green gunk in his gavage tube.

Well, if you can find soft cushions that won't house them, give me a holler. I'm going to miss having cushions stacked around something terrible.

Eye opening, bathing, diapers? Good baby day.

kat, yes, I am. Plus, you know, I just really miss you. Shall I email you tomorow to find out a good time to arrive?

Robin, yep!

Yeah, ita, our current house is less dust mite heaven, but still. Hmm.... so yes that makes me reconsider your nice chenille cushions.
