Yes. Men like sports. Men watch the action movie, they eat of the beef, and enjoy to look at the bosoms. A thousand years of avenging our wrongs and that's all you've learned?

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Somebody actually just said to me, "I need to talk to a manager because I'm such a special case."

"In which case, sir, may I direct you to a suitable adult education program. You get to ride a special tiny bus."

Hi Daisy Jane, see above. Psychotic and depressed. Not exactly at my best. BTW, do I know you, are you an old Buffista made new (with a snazzy new name)? Or are you a new Buffista? I don't know anyone anymore. I was swallowed by my job a couple of years ago, and my free time kinda disappeared.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I know! I'm still trying not to laugh. Dude. Do you hear the words coming out of your mouth?

So is the weather nice anywhere? Here it is gray and cold and miserable. There is actually freezing rain. Ugh.

Oh, and "here" is Maine. Coastal Maine, in a spot that is often lovely (when its not swarming with tourists), but today is very much not lovely.

I'm an old one with a new name. My old name was my actual name which is the same as yours.

Very sorry to hear that your my partner in misery.

I'm feeling better today than I have for the last week or so, but I do not react well to stress when I'm sick. And obviously I'm not 100%, because I am reacting to stress like a superfreak.

I hope you feel better soon.

That's where I live, yes.

ETA: Which is to say, I'm not from here, I'm from La.
