TAR: It's so true about the searching challenges. The clue said 600 boxes of cookies -- they really should have realized from that alone that it would be a bad choice.
Natter Area 51: The Truthiness Is in Here
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
TAR: I note with the recycling challenge that Dustin or Kandyce very carefully read the rules and repeated the important points. At least somebody has learned from their past mistakes.
I wonder what the percentage of Roadblock challenges sees the teams taking the first-offered challenge in the list? There's a lot of bad choices that seem to be made here, and I wonder how much adrenalin plays into that....
Yes to both comments, Sumi. If Charla and Mirna make it to the final 2, it will be Flo and Zach all over again -- yay for a woman winning the race, but why'd it have to be her?
I hope there are scenes we don't see where Charla kicks the crap out of Mirna for her incessant annoying cheerleading -- does Mirna not realize that Charla's inability to run fast is not an issue of willpower?
I'd forgotten I'd put them up the afternoon before.
I see someone else uses the post-it memory system. I sometimes look at a cryptic note I've left myself and have no idea what I meant.
TAR - I knew when the show focused on Joyce and Uchenna being told that flight was a bad idea they were in trouble, I didn't realise they were going to be elminated until they weren't shown at all.
Also I can't believe what's his name thought you only had to eat 1 cookie out of 1 box to look for the one with licorice, since when has any TAR searching task been that easy?
I really want Team Barbie to win now, I didn't like them the first time they were on or even at the beginning of this season, but they are racing a lot smarter and are keeping a good attitude for the most part. Plus I have to say that I'm glad someone used the Yeild, it's a valid choice in the game and I hate that people see using it as playing dirty.
TAR: As much as I can understand being pissed off at being Yielded, the charges of the blondes "playing dirty" by using it are as idiotic as when people on Survivor are shocked and appalled that another player has lied to them about how they're going to vote -- it's part of the game, people! Deal with it!
Give me your wallet, a UHaul, and four hours in your apartment.
