This made me laugh hard enough to pull something. Bees!
I know! When I read it on LJ, I wanted to COMM it; I loved it so much. Then I realized it really was in LJ's version of COMM already, but I still needed it here.
I think it's time to change my tag.
The gameshow channel is showing a cat show from San Francisco that they're calling "Cat Minster."
Ooh, featuring a guy with Cornish Rex. (I'm hoping to see some J-Bobs.)
So far they've featured Ocicats, European Burmese and Persians in addition to the Cornish Rex.
Me and my friend are toasting ever drink with "Oh my Johnson" after seeing this cat video on Youtube: [link]
Bwhahaha! That'll give you, er, bees. Is my next new catchphrase.
I
love
the Tim Curry story, Bees! Hee!
I went back and reread it and it was funnier! I laughed so hard the Biscuit came over to see what was wrong. What I love particularly (besides the break for floppy arms) is the long and detailed and articulate bit that was what came out as "That'll give you bees." Because you can totally see how that would happen.
"That'll give you, er, bees."
I laughed so hard I cried all my mascara off. I'd probably be as articulate in that situation.
OMGTIMCURRY
Bees is funny!! Sad to say, I'd probably be equally dorky if I encountered Tim Curry.
My cat was using her litter box (which sits in the bathroom) while I was using the human equivalent, and all of the sudden, I felt something wet on my toes. Sure enough, she had squatted to do her usual pee in the corner of the box, but wasn't squatted far enough and was aiming out of the box completely! I tugged her tail to get her to stop, wiped my toes off, and scrubbed the rugs. Loads of fun!
The cats are all upset with me because I've torn apart my home office as my Massive ReOrg continues. I shall be lucky indeed if I don't end up with some physical kitty commentary somewhere in the house.
You always are told to put the litterbox somewhere slightly hidden bbecause cats like their privacy. Bullshit. They seem to prefer to use it when I'm in the same room. Yeah, thanks, guys.
I have two gallon ziplocs of MEAT awaiting marination. Which will happen as soon as the apple juice finishes thawing. I know the huge trays of meat are great for families, but in order to get the right mix of pork, and chicken thighs and drumsticks, I now have enough to probably last me out the month and then some. I'll only make half tomorrow and freeze the rest, cause otherwise I will get sick of it oh so quickly.
Shortly, maybe after I figure out dinner, I need to start on the cookies. I'm already chafing at everything being closed tomorrow, just because. I've done all the shopping I need to, but STILL.
