Zoe: First rule of battle, little one. Don't ever let 'em know where you are. Mal: Whoo-hoo! I'm right here! I'm right here! You want some of me? Yeah, you do! Come on! Come on! Aaah! Whoo-hoo! Zoe: Of course, there are other schools of thought...

Did you go to the place in Beverly?

Yep. The bed was comfy (I think it was a memory foam mattress) but all the aparatus was distracting. I'm not sure how they think you can sleep on your back when the back of your head is covered in tape and electrodes.

I mean, apnea is a huge, damaging condition and I'm a known high-volume snorer (from a family of high-volume snorers), but that's the big reason I trained myself so that I CAN'T sleep on my back. The big sticking point is I DON'T get 8-10 hours sleep and still feel tired; on good nights I get 4-6 hours and feel rested. The big problem is when I can't get/can't get back to sleep and only get 0-3 hours (at least as I perceive it).

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I loved that mattress, I've been coveting one since that study. The sleep center's in the same building Tom works in!

What is even happening?

So, who is excited about Grindhouse?

It looks like the Dick Flick to end all Dick Flicks, which I don't mean as a criticism, just a comment on the genre.

sara, you just totally won the random contest.

That was the first true memory foam I've tried, and I did like it, though, restless as I am, it felt like I was moving out of a ditch every time I tried to shift over which was doubly akward with all the electrodes attached.

That's such an odd office complex, what with the resturaunts tucked in along with all the offices.

Also? Doggie Day Care!

Yes, I am dawdling finishing up my annotated bibliography. Also, I am annoyed that a critical piece of information must be purchased and not online. Ah well, I'll skip it for the bibliography and try to get a library copy for the lit review.

Today's forecast is partly cloudy with chances of concentrated napping. Man, I'm sleepy.

Doggie Day Care!

Hah! Totally missed that. It was the Acapulco's Resturaunt that struck like it was hiding from the world. I've eaten at the one out by Sudbury, and that wasn't bad. No idea how the Beverly one is.

The ridiculous part is that it is relevent and pertinent to my day today. I've a very strange skillset. Or rather, lack of a skill in a strange skillset. Or something.

This morning I dreamed I was (sort of, it would go back and forth between movie and and it being me) one of two of Coach Taylor's daughters and had to live in a warehouse on the old Superfund pier and eat asphalt.

I think it's better if I don't tell people my dreams.

I've decided that since it is going to be nasty cold and stupid snowing this weekend and I have to make cookies for work anyway, I'm gonna attempt a cookopalooza using my oven this weekend this weekend. It may just mean cookies and this chicken and pig thing but what they heck. Ambitions.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I just got my supplies for my sister's wedding gift delivered (only have one of the gold cords on backorder), so I can get started on it this weekend. Must pull out all of my crafting supplies and see if I can find stretcher bars to hold the fabric while I stitch it up. Oh, and make sure I've got a lint brush to run over it occasionally and get all the black cat hair off of it.

I know Amarna's going to be exceedingly curious about what I'm doing--it's my first crafting thing since I got her three years ago. I didn't paint any Xmas ornaments last year because I know damn well she'd either brush up against the drying paint or play "let's toss this overboard!" with the glass ornament.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

heh.
