Mal: How drunk was I last night? Jayne: Well I dunno. I passed out.

'Our Mrs. Reynolds'

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Neato. Buff-diving just gave me this

erinaceous

Me: Hey! It's our tenth anniversary this year!

DH: What's ten again?

Me: I don't know.

DH: I think it's cock. I think you're going to like it, but I'm really not looking forward to it. Oh, and I already got your gift.

Our wings are not tired

My brain is slowly dying. I had doing as-built drawings.

move out and draw fire

My brain is ded. I gave up trying to get my work laptop to find my wireless network, because the little screen messages had quit making sense.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I'm joining the brane ded folks. My sister has been out of work for a long time with no luck on getting any responses from her resume. She has a solid work background, so that surprised me. She emailed me her resume and OMG. No wonder. That thing was horrid. I just redid it for her and it took over 2 hours. Brane. Ded.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I hate resumes. Why can't we have a benign despot who tells us where we're gonna work?

Librarian Warlord

I will agree to a benign despot telling me where I work if I can still have the freedom of choosing my own salary and if that benign despot tells GWB he has to go serve in Iraq as a private.

Mostly lurking...

Oh, you're a good sister, ChiKat.

I never did have a brain today. Damn meds.

Thankfully I don't have to worry about resumes all that often. I do, however, always have to make sure I'm networking so that I can get the next contract.

How did they do hiring in the USSR? In Soviet Russia, did job find you?

I've been job hunting and working up my own resumes, so re-doing hers took extra effort because I am So Sick of them.

I'm all over the benign despot. As long as working conditions are good.

Oh! And this! This, too, please?
