I don't give a good gorram about relevant, Wash. Or objective. And I ain't so afraid of losing something that I ain't gonna try to have it. You and I would make one beautiful baby. And I want to meet that child one day. Period.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Tep, that cut reminds me of one of my favorite of your previous cuts. Rock!

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

No pat down, they just check your bags, so unless it is hanging out of your cleavage, you should be fine.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Paging amych!!! Where did you recommend I purchase beginners' fencing equipment? Was it Triplette (TCA)? Or someplace else?

Mostly lurking...

Just had my last class session of the semester. I think I wrote the most glowing class form thingy (word is TOTALLY escaping my brain right now) that I have ever written. I'm actually going to miss that class. Now I just cross my fingers that the prof agrees to advise my senior thesis next year, because he would be really fabulous, and I would learn so much more under him.

Wish this meant the semester was over. Unfortunately, I've still got at least three papers to write before the 25th. But, for today I will celebrate the end of classes, go have "mocktails" with my friends who edit the newest magazine on campus, then head to the big, private quilt sale for all of us who did the "mystery tour" last year.

I may have been in panicked tears this morning (don't ask why. I wish I could blame it on hormones, but I'm pretty certain it's just plain old stress), but it's been a good day, and there's more fun to come!

evaluation.

EVALUATION! Yes! That's it. Thank you.

You know, it's weird. This is the class where I have absolutely NO idea what my grade is going to be. He doesn't grade anything (though he gives three-page feedback on a three-page paper), and only gives a grade at the end of the semester, because he's forced to. You all know me, though. I'm about the biggest grade whore on the planet. But, this class has forced me to just do my best for the sake of doing my best, and I think it's been really good for me.

I may say differently when I actually get the final evaluation and grade, but for now, I think I actually learned more under this system/method/whatever you want to call it than I've ever learned in a class. Weird.

Compassionately intolerant

Safe-bike-ma is always readily available, but big groups tend to be fairly safe places, sore muscles and heat exhaustion aside -- the big scary is accidents when you're out on your own.

(PEOPLE! WEAR HELMETS AND LIGHTS AND DORKY BRIGHT COLORS!)

This to infinity.

And lisah, sorry for the parade raining...didn't intend that! The AIDSRide was a fantastic experience and even with 500+ people and major heat exhaustion, there were no serious injuries that I recall.

I still have friends from that event 10 years ago and inspired a lot of people to participate either as riders or crew in subsequent years.

Your group will have a ball!

I love the idea of rollergirls participating as a team...they = tough!

move out and draw fire

WTF capri tights ?!?!

Every department store within easy reach is pretty much carrying only capri leggings. No actual tights.

I don't wear hose, I wear tights. I certainly do not wear capri leggings. I didn't in the 80s, I won't know.

Even my diamond shoes are too capri legging.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think you're being bitten by your region, Raq. Hue has both.

Punishingly Intricate

Seriously! I complain nicely to the Nordstom salespeople every time I go in there even though they can't do anything about it.
