That's the thrill of living in the Hellmouth! There's a veritable cornucopia of fiends and devils and ghouls to engage ... Pardon me for finding the glass half-full.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

(Meanwhile, my tat is now starting to itch like crazy. Since EVERYONE ON THE PLANET has different tattoo advice and I'm trying to amalgamate things, I'm undoubtedly doing the wrong things and it's all going to flake up and fall off my back, leaving me with pristine skin or a gaping sore or something. But...hopefully not.)

Ah, the itching. I am NEVER doing so many sessions again - I've been itching for 3 weeks straight now. And you'll be fine. You got it two days ago, yes? Just keep it moisturized, and move toward a lighter moisturizer now. Something that will absorb in, not sit on top. Your skin will all flake off, but the ink will stay.

I like that haircut, Tep. I think you'd rock it.

Suzi!!! Yes on Friday!

YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY, Juliana!!!

Ahem. I'll introduce you to MY bartender. She doesn't have CC, though. Woe.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Gotta love the tat advice. I'm so going to know what to do when if I get one.

Do they pat you down on entrance? I can bring my flask....

No pat down, they just check your bags, so unless it is hanging out of your cleavage, you should be fine.

Mostly lurking...

Just had my last class session of the semester. I think I wrote the most glowing class form thingy (word is TOTALLY escaping my brain right now) that I have ever written. I'm actually going to miss that class. Now I just cross my fingers that the prof agrees to advise my senior thesis next year, because he would be really fabulous, and I would learn so much more under him.

Wish this meant the semester was over. Unfortunately, I've still got at least three papers to write before the 25th. But, for today I will celebrate the end of classes, go have "mocktails" with my friends who edit the newest magazine on campus, then head to the big, private quilt sale for all of us who did the "mystery tour" last year.

I may have been in panicked tears this morning (don't ask why. I wish I could blame it on hormones, but I'm pretty certain it's just plain old stress), but it's been a good day, and there's more fun to come!

EVALUATION! Yes! That's it. Thank you.

You know, it's weird. This is the class where I have absolutely NO idea what my grade is going to be. He doesn't grade anything (though he gives three-page feedback on a three-page paper), and only gives a grade at the end of the semester, because he's forced to. You all know me, though. I'm about the biggest grade whore on the planet. But, this class has forced me to just do my best for the sake of doing my best, and I think it's been really good for me.

I may say differently when I actually get the final evaluation and grade, but for now, I think I actually learned more under this system/method/whatever you want to call it than I've ever learned in a class. Weird.
