Flies on the cheese? I'm more concerned with the meat-eating wasps fighting me for the burger. Persistant things, those wasps. We've finally had to start putting out a sacrificial piece of steak to distract them from the food we want to eat.
Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Fay, that tattoo is incredibly gorgeous (like you).
Happy Mother's Day to the mothers out there, and a plea -- do not turn your children into performing monkeys. If little Johnny doesn't want to sing his ABC's, that's okay. I believe that he can do it. Don't make me stand there embarassed while you say "come on Johnny (just a second, it's great) Don't you want to sing! (he really does, he's just a little shy) Sing for mommy! (no, no, he's going to do it)"
can you tell that this happened to me today? thankfully, it wasn't my niece (she's a little attention whore like her auntie, and loves to perform), but a kid from a family we know.
Aw, poor li'l non-performer.
Happy Mother's Day, moms.
IGlobalWarmingN, it's 88 degrees here today. Sign #153 that I have not completely acclimated to Minnesota: It feels good to me.
Oh, goodness. I'm watching Moulin Rouge. I love this movie. It is really just so fabulous.
SA, bebe, sorry--was at in laws.
Heh. I totally thought you were talking about your niece, Vortex.
Sean, I hear ya. I'm always worried that I can't see the mold, but that it's there. I throw out milk WAY too early, because it ALWAYS smells off to me. And I definitely ahve to keep the bread in the fridge, or the freezer. No way I'd go through it in time otherwise.
Heh. I totally thought you were talking about your niece, Vortex.
oh, no. She is anxious to perform. And if the kid is into it, I have no problem being attentive.
Apparently we have having roller derby at K-Bug's high school on May 19th - the Bay Bombers vs the New York Heatwave. I might have to go.
You have to go! It's so fun. Emmett and I have seen the Bombers three times. Total blast. CJ will love it.
Will probably check it out, Hec. Not going to go back to fix the grammar. Seem to have lost pronouns. Am tired.
Homework is 1/2 done. Wooo?
Wooo?
More of half a wooo. Wo.
We're back from a long day in the sun. Emmett's tournament team had a practice and then a game with the other tournament team, followed by a barbecue. Gorgeous day for baseball and I brought flowers for the mothers who came out. We drank mimosas and chatted in the bleachers and the kids chased each other hither and yon like a crazed pack of ferret monkeys.
JZ's brother got the Cutest Picture of Matilda Ever. Will post when he sends it to us.
