I'm so evil and... skanky. And I think I'm kinda gay.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Morning! Ailleann, sorry about the working weekend. Yay money, but booo no time to relax.

Suzi, sounds like you had a great day yesterday. It's about time! You're more than due for some happiness and good news.

Plei, I'm so sorry you had food poisoning. That's no way to diet!

sj, I'm wishing you ease~ma with all of the home angst. Can I suggest that you ditch the current real estate agent and try another one? Maybe this guy just isn't on his game?

DED from the Matilda pictures, as usual.

I've seen those pictures of baby!Jilli before, and as sexy as she was, I definitely prefer Lady of the Manners Jilli. She's sexy and wonderful and not scary in the least. Plus, she has an adorable hunsband.

Coffee (which I haven't made yet...what's wrong with me??):

I had another night of bizarre dreams. Try not to die of shock.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Plus, she has an adorable hunsband.

Heh. 'Hunsband' sounds like a good name for your hubby if he's German....

This is actually not the real estate guy's fault. He knows we really want this place, so he has been trying to contact someone who isn't even really his client to get it for us. He really has gone above and beyond in trying to get us a place, even if he is a little scatterbrained at times. Plus, he has the nicest places on the market. We have been dealing with other agents as well as looking in the paper all along, and nothing has really panned out yet.

We're probably going to sign on the other place today so that we can give our notice today as well.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just made a really good ranch dip from a Vegan Lunch Box recipe. Well, I didn't make it quite from the recipe, since I didn't have the herbs they called for, so I just threw in some stuff that I did have. The base is white beans, soy milk, and lemon juice, put through the blender. Then add some herbs (it called for dried dill, parsely, tarragon, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper -- I substituted cilantro and basil for the dill and parsely), stir, and refridgerate. Takes about five minutes, tastes good, and way healthier than dressing from a bottle. I'm having it with some baby carrots and celery sticks now.

Thrive to spite them

Hil, Does it taste a lot like Ranch dressing?
