t moan DH has been gone all week and I am used to having him carry 2/3 of the load. We bought this big trailer thing to replace the storage bin and use for various business stuff and we were supposed to pick it up on Tuesday but he didn't get home. We had to have it picked up today and he still wasn't home. I wasn't comfortable towing a 14' big box thing in city traffic and the place closed at 5 so a guy I work with said he would tow it for me. We drove to his house to get his trailer hitch for his jeep - and then his jeep wouldn't start again. It's after 4 already. So his neighbor gets us started but the problem is clearly electrical and the gauges are going nuts. So I have him drop me at the trailer place and ask them to settle with me and leave it outside the gates for me to pick up later. They don't like this, but agree if I get a lock thing so nobody else can just pull up and tow it away. I call another friend to come pick me up and take me home to get my van and go back and get the trailer. Of course my son is pacing waiting for a ride to the movies where he is meeting his GF. Yes, I am nothing more than money and transportation to him. I didn't get home until almost 9. DH is on his way with my dog that he picked up from my mom where he has been staying all week. He brought my parents deep fried twinkies with chocolate sauce that some pharmaceutical rep gave him. He'll be home at 11 or so. Bobby has baseball at 9:30 in the morning. And the smell of smoke is getting in the house despite the A/C. I expect my son to call shortly to get picked up from the movie so I can't even drink yet. t /moan
