I did the free questionaire on eHarmony. I'm kind of amazed that I wasn't rejected, now that I hear it's possible. Instead, they just kept sending me emails, telling me that they were extending my free bit, but I had better sign up quick. Hmm. They even came up with two local guys, but it was a really bad time and I never followed up.

Thanks for all the support. A while back I wrote something about trying to keep a positive attitude as much as I can. I vent here, so you all tend to hear the grumpy stuff while to others I seem much more happy go lucky.

Anyway, I said screw it and K-Bug & I got our nails did. Now it is hot, BIL is being very vocal...it is like he has no mental filter. If it wouldn't ruin two years of sobriety I'd ply him with booze, hoping to get him to pass out. It is too hot to deal with him.

I know I've joked about needing a cave - well, that may be the only way I get this paper written.

It's a sad fact, but getting sober doesn't always make alcoholics easier to take. i'd give you a cave if I had one, Suzi

Thanks for cuddles and hairpats. I'm just suffering ready-for-summeritis. Also, a week of camping and rafting is not an easy segue into Macbeth.

I've fought my way home through the traffic and am flopped on my bed in yoga pants now, though, so I feel a bit better. Oo! And guess what I bought yesterday? A hammock! If it wasn't so damned got outside (93 last I checked), I'd go slounge in it. Anyone want to come slounge in a hammock with me?
