For Gloomcookie, a birthday haiku:
Generous of heart
A glamorous Buffista
May your day be grand!
'Heart Of Gold'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

enjoy more than I support.
There's a lot of hard work in my relationship with The Boy, a LOT of support on my part....but the enjoyment is so so SO much greater than the work. And so it strikes a balance for me that rings true.
I'm confident, Beej, that you'll find someone with whom you can strike that balance.
Bless you my dear. So mote you...So may it be.
You are a role model for the courage and sass, by the way!
Teppy's also wise. She gives scrappy a run for her money, I tell you what.
Heh. JZ is in the bedroom with Matilda and laughed too hard at an Onion article. It made Matilda cry. Note to wife: mute your amusement.
I'm slogging to the deadline with my book. There seems to be a lot of words but how many is anybody's guess since they haven't moved from the legal pad to the computer yet. Oh well, it's getting there and I think I should make the deadline (Friday) okay.
Beej looks super pretty and warm and smart and nice in both pictures. I'm sure she'll reel in the inquiries.
Happy birthday, GC! I wish you a froclicksome evening with GF.
Sigh... I'm about to start my day o' meetings. I have meetings from 9AM through 3PM with maybe a half hour break somewhere in there. Lame, lame, lame.
I forgot to bring lunch today so I have to get something. Nothing seems appealing after all the wonderful food I had this weekend. Even the bland Mexican food would be better than my choices for lunch.
Thanks Hec...coming from you, that's a compliment.
Huh. I was directing a friend in how to get to my profile (from the front page--man seeking woman, 40-50, 20003...I'm first up at the mo) and found even MORE people I know in the women's section.
How have I not known that so many people are doing this?
In fact, the wedding I'm officiating next week, when I asked how they met, they asked if I wanted the real story (matchdotcom) or the one they tell people. People fib about this sort of thing? In this day and age?
Again...I say, huh.
HAPPY GLOOMCOOKIE DAY!!
Jon, WOOT! on the Boston Globe article! What a great story!
Beej, match~ma to you!
I'm at work. I'm supposed to be at a meeting. Hm. Maybe I should look into actually moving in that direction.
Happy Birthday, Gloomcookie!
Beej, I've found that people in general are still freaked out by online relationships. I still have issues telling people about online friendships I have.
