Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

The Boy and I were talking the other day about coming out to SF....but not until the Folsom Street Fair. Which is at the end of September. Bah. Wanna go NOW.

I was lamenting to juliana that this year the FSF and the Susan Komen 5k are a week apart. I have to choose! I don't WANT to choose!!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I should probably be doing something other than staring at the phone willing it to ring.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

SUZI! The cast for the Parkway's RHPS was at karaoke last night! Hilarious. Also hilarious was me & Random Dude doing "Nuthin' But A G Thing". Karaoke is just generally hilarious.

Clearly, you should be out here for 10 days.

FUN!!!! We still need to do that together. Going with K-Bug and her bf was fun, but y'alls would be MORE FUN.

I SO don't want to be here. I have no work for L. She keeps giving me the puppy dog eyes. Oy and Vey.

Mostly lurking...

Well, nice. I just got a letter from my bank saying that my debit card number was "obtained by an unauthorized person." Fortunately, there's essentially no money in it right now, but come tomorrow. Ugh. Guess I'm gonna be watching the account even more closely for the next 15 days until it's no longer a valid number.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

It is already at 86 right now. This is, I'm pretty sure, illegal like WHOA. I just want to cry.

WTF? Is the AC busted (or not on yet) or is this how it's going to be all summer?

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

The plants should stop having sex. Otherwise, the human race will never continue to propagate itself because it will be too busy TRYING TO BREATHE instead of having the sex. Allergy~ma to the sufferers.

Oof, Cash, I hope Owen feels better soon, and I doubly hope that Olivia and the rest of you don't come down with it too. Stomach viruses are the worst.

YAY for SuziQ in DC!

I get cranky when it's too hot, and my skin goes ballistic. Nora, I feel your pain.

I didn't want to turn on the A/C this early, but we've had temps in the mid-80s yesterday and today. It was necessary for sleep to occur. It will be off by the end of the week when the weather starts behaving in a more April-like manner, and we'll be able to get by with open windows.
