Don't belong. Dangerous, like you. Can't be controlled. Can't be trusted. Everyone could just go on without me and not have to worry. People could be what they wanted to be. Could be with the people they wanted. Live simple. No secrets.

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I am debating whether tis worse to put an ice pick through my skull or to just deal with this sinus headache from allergies. Hard to debate with no oxygen. Very death or cake.

"It seems like either you're depressed and hermiting,
"You've been on my mind lately - are you in a hermity-type mood? Or maybe feeling down? Either way, I'm here for you if you want to talk or shop or squee."
juliana is good!

And, as someone who hermits, it would feel friendly and not accusatory at all. Which is key when dealing with me, at least.

Also, Jilli, did you see I got the package and squeed at my newly borrowed rings? Because they are \o/ happy making.

Yes she is! I just might use that approach. Um, after I worry about it some more, because I can.

I did, I did! I'm so glad the visiting rings make you happy.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

juliana is good!

Thank you! Many years in the Midwest taught me the indirect approach. San Francisco is stripping that right back off, but I can still pull it out if I need to.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I think I left some brain cells in North Beach.

You know, I was just about to say something about "how many people have said this over the years..." and then I realized that, really, it's "how many Buffistas..."

I imagine quite a few, if juliana was their tour guide.

We need to do the rampage through the south. We can have tshirts! "Y'all thought Sherman was rough!"

HEY! Wait, no, that's fair.

We need to do the rampage through the south. We can have tshirts! "Y'all thought Sherman was rough!"

You know, when we were planning the whole Dallas-Nashville-New Orleans rampage, I wanted to make a crack like that but I figured it was best left to you. But yes. Especially if Vortex joined us. Soooooo many brain cells left behind. So many.

The status is NOT quo.

I'm good and sure some of my brain cells are still in North Beach. No doubt.

Whenever you're ready! K says she has plenty of room and she promises the driveby was rare.

You know, I said this about the robbery at the corner market that billytea, Debet and I saw but did they believe me? No.

I mean, show a guy some urban crime before he leaves the country...

There's still a lot of crime in NO, but mostly it sticks to the parts where there are fewer people. Since K's area of town didn't get much damage, and therefore most people were able to move back in, it's mostly ok except for the crack house a few blocks down.

The company I work for purchased some lots in the more damaged areas to rebuild, they're working on a lot swap so that they can move whole blocks in at the same time to make it safer.
