I hate to break it to you, oh impotent one, but you're not the big bad anymore, you're not even the kind of naughty.

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Key Lime cupcakes. And I think Brenda still has a Thai Coffee cupcake waiting for her. Even Lucy had a cupcake. It was a cupcake having kind of day.

I hate it when friends act in stupidly self destructive ways. Sometimes when the genitals are engorged, they drain all the blood from the brain. No details, just venting.

Today we saw the movie Udon. Which is a Japanese film about Udon. and it is one of those food movies. very funny, very good and made us go eat udon. It was also an early celebration of my birthday = a plant of big pink Gerber ( ?) daisies and a tee shirt with a cute skull with a bow on it. My sister did good.

I found the t shirt

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Breyer's peach is nummy. And mango sorbet, whatever brand I can find, usually Harris Teeter house brand.

Oh, and now I want key lime pie. Our favorite seafood place used to serve lemon meringue and key lime pie for dessert. The place had been running for three generations, but unfortunately when the owner died, his son had no interest in keeping on with it. He sold it, and it's now a sports bar. They don't serve the good seafood, nor any sort of pie.

A good key lime pie is to die for. I think I've had two good ones. Call me Buffy.

Max's Diner has a killer key lime pie. They give you a HUGE slice and I can only eat a couple of bites....but orgasmic.

their rich chocolate is perfect - very rich , very chocolate and not sweet. And I always got the three scoop version and finished Matt's. But in the summer I waited, and waited for the fresh peach ice cream. short season. so good.

Any ice cream fresh is awesome. I never really liked strawberry ice cream except at my grandparent's farm. We would make it with an old hand crank ice cream maker with the ice and the rock salt and all. It was fantastic.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

You know, I think of my face as fairly generic. I mean, I'm white, I've got glasses, and I'm blonde, and otherwise I tend to figure my only real distinguishing characteristic is my hair, so I don't really expect people I've only met a couple times to recognize me, especially when I've significantly changed my hair. So it gives me kind of a warm feeling when they do, as juliana's friend just did with no prompting and no cues (i.e., juliana wasn't even with me). Yay, my face is not completely bland and lacking in character!

ETA: Er, or he just noticed the "hey, I know you" look and ran with it. He might just be a good improviser.
