I did! I woke up, pulled on some mismatched clothes, attempted to remove some of the make-up that had smeared beneath my eyes during my (much too short) slumber, brushed teeth, put on a hat, and wandered down the street for caffeine.
But that was earlier, and I've just finished my last sip of coffee, so I think I shall have to actually shower and venture back out of the house for groceries and MORE coffee.

I know. I'm beginning to suspect a conspiracy. I don't know if antibiotics would do me any good. There hasn't been much of a fever, but there's disgusting gunk in my lungs and sinuses. Also, the process of getting them is daunting. Why isn't there a delivery truck that brings drugs, hot soup and ice cream to sick people?
Internet soup isn't working ..that's not good.
I did not get out of bed 'til 10 . that is odd, but good. Today will be spent watching a movie called Udon then eating Udon.
P-C, I'm sorry about the marathon. I'm still proud of you for trying and for all the money you raised.
ION, we just got back from the tax preparers and lunch. We're getting refunds from both the State and the Feds, and I ate too much. My mum has the kids, because Chris had his first baseball practice while we were out doing our taxes. I believe she's taking them to lunch after, too. I'm kind of surprised they're not home yet.
Ben got his report card, yesterday. All A and B grades. He got no grade in Art. Apparently nobody got a grade in Art. His homeroom teacher says the art teacher will send the grades out separately, laterly on. I don't know what's up with the art teacher.

And then she does, totally mocking/mimicking MY Serious Face.
Poor Boo. She spiked a fever last night, and was very uncomfortable. This morning, she was comfortable and chipper when standing, uncomfortable when down. So we took her in to the pediatrician, and sure enough (as suspected), her ear infection didn't clear up on just the amox (she finished her course on Wednesday night), so it's back on antibiotics for her.
