Robin, were I not hosting the lovely and talented Daisy Jane that weekend, I just may have done that. Oh, well. I'll have to go to Canada and see him. Maybe.

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I appreciate that my body is getting back on track and, as part of that, waking up on its own and actually wanting to get out of bed. But 5:00 a.m.? Is it really necessary to be up that early?
I love seeing you in the morning vw, but you can wait until 6 or 7.
quiche:
Aimee! That sounds like a whole lot of no fun. Everthing ok?
and tea:
Happy birthday Lillian!
Happy Birthday, Lillian!

Kids both slept 11 hours last night. I'm in the mood to celebrate.
And now I want quiche.
OK, Blue was interesting early morning entertainment.
The quiche didn't work out. I had made a very yummy broccoli and cauliflower variety a week or so ago and thought the cauliflower worked well. This time I had too much cauliflower and it is rather bland. I spiced it up after the fact. When we are on low carb kicks I try and always have quiche around for a quick breakfast.
Last post before I go to work, really. An odd Pleiades photo is the astronomy picture of the day today. [link]

A friend of mine emailed that to me this morning. I thought so. I have an antique Amish doll that sort of reminds me of the dolls in the video--only it has no face.

I had a slice of veggie quiche in NYC recently. I can't remember the name of the bakery in the Village but it was AWESOME. I think it had red peppers in, though.
Happy Birthday, Lillibean!
