You know what the chain of command is? It's the chain I go get and beat you with until you understand who's in ruttin' command here.

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

yay wedding stories. Despite my dark and gloomy earlier statements, I think weddings can be quite awesome. And sometimes I wish that it was something that I could have done, but...

We all do what we can to be happy on a day that should be very, very happy.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Good lord, beth, you made soup did laundry AND cleaned your guest bedroom today? I am in awe. I would stand in awe, but I'm too tired from the way less stuff I did today to get up.

Only started the guest room - I had ambitions today - so I don't have to work on the 18th, my birthday

Still much more than I have managed, is all I'm saying.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Four loads of laundry done and not folded. I need to pick up the second round of toys all over the floor and load the dishwasher as well as mop the floor, scrub the toilets and the sinks and fold the damn laundry.

DH got home at 6:30 after I fed the kids. I left at 7:30 to do some birthday shopping. He put the kids to bed at 8:15. Just as I was getting home. He promptly went to bed. Said he was "exhausted."

Yeah, that's my default state and we have PEOPLE coming over tomorrow and the house needs work.

Owen's getting a Radio Flyer tricycle and a Lightening McQueen cake for his birthday party.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

It seems that both Cash and Sean are fascists. Where did you get this silly idea that a wedding day has anything to do with the two people getting married?

Given that my wedding was conducted entirely in Mandarin, for all I know it had nothing to do with us and was instead dedicated to her uncle's import-export business. But there was a hairy crab on my plate, so what do I care? (I didn't eat it, but I got a couple of nifty photos.)
