Kaylee: Is that him? Mal: That's the buffet table. Kaylee: Well how can we be sure, unless we question it?

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

I'm pretty sure I would never be allowed in all of Great Britian if it were to be known to them that in the most, well, naked, part of the dream, I was learning the words to "God Save the Queen."

*blink*

I really need to go back on my meds.

I'm thinkin'...

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

jeepers ... something that makes My Pretty Pony porn seem reasonable.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Why can I never have the sex dreams? (Even the creepy ones.)

Aimee, I think this is just a sign from your subconscious that you'd like to be fabulously rich.

(Lovely day for sailing... oh, look at the pyramids...)

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I think it has more to do with this tiara fixation of hers.

And, really, Empress - isn't a prince beneath you (strictly metaphorically, ya know)?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

And, really, Empress - isn't a prince beneath you (strictly metaphorically, ya know)?

Hee.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I'm home! And married! Biyi follows in nine days! More later. (It's 3 in the morning! How much later can he go?!?)

A relevant topic of conversation: reading about peoples' troubles with the stereotypes of Western families followed by their nearest and dearest, I should note that Biyi's parents are lovely in-laws. They love their daughter, I love her and care for her and make her happy, and that's all they need to know. I did win brownie points for my dad and my brother attending the wedding (my dad's speech noted that the last time he was in China was helping set up a life-saving society to improve Chinese-Australian relations, but this wasn't what he'd pictured), but they welcomed me just on the strength that their daughter loves me. I feel very lucky. (Especially since my previous xth-generation Australian in-laws thought I was Satan incarnate.)
