Of course, I haven't been reading anything set in the normal Marvel-verse, but I just don't see the reasoning behind that considering the authorities have been treating Spidey as a criminal for years.
Yeah, and it kind of puts a damper on his career prospects, too.
Eeeeh -- the House of M spoof rocks in its own crack-brained way. Now I don't have to read any of the comics....
On the one hand, Civil War as a concept makes me very very excited about Marvel comics again. On the other, it seems as though Joe Quesada is doing Big Story Things (Origin, anyone?) for the sake of being controversial.

I thought some of you might be interested in my friend's rant regarding that Big Spidey Spoiler (which I don't think is a spoiler anymore as the issue has come out, right?).
I thought Corwood would like to know that when I went to the comic shop today, the owner was enthusing about Deadwood to someone for quite a while, and comparing it to Shakespeare. Your propaganda schemes are more devious than I expected.
So then, slightly more on-topic, I bought I comic called "Spaghetti Western" which I'm about to go read. And also some NextWave issues that I was missing.
