What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Hilarious new version of the Llama Song:

"The Logan Song"

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Eeeeh -- the House of M spoof rocks in its own crack-brained way. Now I don't have to read any of the comics....

"When I look at people that I would like to feel have been a mentor or an inspiring kind of archetype of what I'd love to see my career eventually be mentioned as a footnote for in the same paragraph, it would be, like, Bowie." ~Trent Reznor

On the one hand, Civil War as a concept makes me very very excited about Marvel comics again. On the other, it seems as though Joe Quesada is doing Big Story Things (Origin, anyone?) for the sake of being controversial.

I thought some of you might be interested in my friend's rant regarding that Big Spidey Spoiler (which I don't think is a spoiler anymore as the issue has come out, right?).

I thought Corwood would like to know that when I went to the comic shop today, the owner was enthusing about Deadwood to someone for quite a while, and comparing it to Shakespeare. Your propaganda schemes are more devious than I expected.

So then, slightly more on-topic, I bought I comic called "Spaghetti Western" which I'm about to go read. And also some NextWave issues that I was missing.

The end.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

FYI: Justice League Season 2 comes out tomorrow. I just ordered a copy.

Somewhat related, did anyone watch "Superman: Braniac Attacks" this weekend? It's sitting on my DVR, but it's getting thoroughly trashed at Amazon which makes me think I might be better off deleting it instead of wasting 90 minutes of my life on it.

ETA: Hey, bonus. Looks like JL Season 2 comes with a coupon for a free ticket to Superman Returns. I think it's the first time I'll ever get one for a movie I'm actually planning to see and/or will still be in the theatre when I get the stupid thing.

Everything I know about Internet posting, I learned from Leni Riefenstahl.

Oddly enough, I just clicked on COMM to see that tommyrot made a Riefenstahl joke elsewhere (I know not the context) very recently. Synchronicity or the first warning sign of the Apocalypse? We retort, you decide.
