GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Why oh why did I read the whitefont? I am a moron.

I guess I just answered my own question.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

So, Steph... was it a good (earned) death for my poor, sweet, brave dork of a boy?

I've been afraid to read, being all chickenshit since I got spoiled for it, and not wanting to burst into tears on the bus like I did when Renee was coping with Cris's death. (Oh, CRIS!) BesidesifIdon'treadhe'snotevenpiningforthefjords, right?

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Plei, I was traumatized when I got spoiled for it. I mean, DAMN -- the moment I started to *really* love Kon (and that was many issues back), I should have known that he was toast.

Anyway -- it was a death worthy of Minear. And I think you know that that's high praise. It was similar to Doyle dying (in terms of emotional impact), but without the Nazi demons.

And it was *almost* worth it just b/c it set up the last page of TT #34 so perfectly.

Plei, also -- I woke up in the middle of the night (as per usual) and thought "Sonofabitch. They killed Conner!" I am a great big geek.

In totally other news, Invader Zim -- THE COMIC!!!

"I've got a gun! I've got a mother-flippin' gun!" - Moss, The IT Crowd

Plei, Steph; I wasn't spoiled so it came as a BIG surprise to me. My unspoiled perspective; it was damn cool.

Btw, the Zim comic was from a Nicktoons special that was released when the cartoon was airing. It'd be fun to see more Zim but a comic wouldn't cut it because the voices performances were the best part, IMHO.

I just now read the comic out loud to my co-worker (who borrowed my Zim and therefore knows what I'm talking about), and attempted to do the voices. We had a small disagreement over which one of us does a better GIR voice. (Me, clearly.)

Emmett does an excellent, Gir voice. "My taquitos!"

Spoiled perspective CONNER!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Also, reading it right after the Teen Titans Annual? Makes it worse. I mean, in the good painful way.
