Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I thought of you when I read that report.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Yeah. I'm about as predictable as Ron Marz sometimes.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Did we know about the Anita Blake books being turned into graphic novels? Pete just sent it to me, and I couldn't stop snickering.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Wow, if they're true to source they'll be putting the "graphic" back in graphic novels...

"There are two sorts of people in the world: those who believe Joss Whedon is a genius and those who are wrong." - Connie Ogle, Miami Herald

What's the latest issue of Angel: Old Friends that has been released? I haven't been to the comic shop since December, but I stopped by today and picked up #1, 2, and 3.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Teppy, Emmett didn't want it, but I couldn't resist it, so I bought you this when we were at Ross today getting poker chips.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Teppy, Emmett didn't want it, but I couldn't resist it, so I bought you this when we were at Ross today getting poker chips.

You needed to own it. Very simple.

Hey Sean, cleaning house means I found my Mike Baron interview. Here's an excerpt where we talk about how to justify having a man put on tights to fight crime.

Smay: Let's talk about the realm of Badger then. What's his rationale for having a costume? He's crazy?

Baron: Yes, well that's the simplest rationale of all....[I said to Capital Publications] "I want to do a book about a Druid Wizard." And the result was, "Nobody wants to see a book about a Druid Wizard. Give us another costumed superhero." And again, my first reaction was, "I already did one costumed superhero!" They said they wanted a crime fighter and I thought to myself, "Why in the world would anybody want to put on a costume to fight crime? They'd have to be nuts." Boing! And the Badger was born, full blown out of my brow....So in writing The Badger writes itself. Nexus is hard work. The Badger is a joy to write. Sometimes it's nothing but an image. For an example of that I was watching TV one day and there was a story about how the Department of Resources was parachuting beavers into Northern Wisconsin in certain areas where the flowage was breaking down and they had too much run-off and erosion...And I thought, "Oh. Beavers parachuting from the sky." And it was such a marvelous image I've written a whole story on it called "Beaver Drop."
