A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Ha! I really ought to update that. There are "new" additions (i.e. things I've picked up since the last update in 1999).

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

It does have a rather old-school feel to it, yeah.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

My instantaneous loathing for the new Supergirl makes much more sense after seeing this. Though I'd assumed her revamp was based on some midlife crisis-having writer or artist growing overly fond of Brittney Spears.

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

Did we know that there was going to be Buffy cine-manga of The Gift?

I saw that at the comic store last weekend. They always have a rack of Buffy-stuff, and I'm always boggled by it.

And then I contemplate the Darla doll for a while, and think about how I should set up a dollhouse full of weird dioramas. Someday.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I have to admit, one of the best things about going back to work next week is going to be having a place to play Action Figure Theatre.

"English, your lips say no, but your unbuckled belt says yes," eh?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Alice Cooper radio documentary on comics. Featuring Neil Tennant.

Bah. Lindelhof talked me into picking up Ultimate Hulk vs. Wolverine. Damned podcast.

I seem to have missed and then missed again New X-Men 20. I am chagrined, and need to remedy this somehow. Pointers in acquiring an alternative copy appreciated -- last comic store told me there'd be no more reprinting. I wonder what the hell happened in it that made it go so finally. It's not like #18 isn't in all the stores still.
