It's stupid.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Plus, even if there were some way that DC Editorial could make me believe that that character would actually do such a thing, the entire run of War Games didn't even HINT at it. And that was a lot of issues of a lot of titles, so DC could have at least planted a tiny hint somewhere.

To do something like that and have it work (though I don't *really* think it could ever have worked, period), the writers have to EARN it. And they didn't.

The way they did it, it's a total asspull. A retconned asspull.

Batman dancing the Batusi would actually be less OOC than this.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

In re: to whitefont. Wow. I mean, that's just ridiculous. I don't even follow the comics, but even as a fan of B:TAS I'm completely boggled and offended that they would pull that crap.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

See, this is why I didn't get dragged along into the superhero titles, even with Plei pimping issues to me. I just didn't trust DC Editorial to stick with good writing and characterization. I'm sad to see that they're being complete morons about the story.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Batman dancing the Batusi would actually be less OOC than this.

Plus? More fun.

Is Serenity a three or four issue series?

Three. BTW, we got the novelization of the movie in at work (B&N) today.

Art Crawl!!!

Good?

(Hey, I thought that the Angel comic was a three-issue deal -- but it appears to be continuing.)

Angel:The Curse is a five-part arc and IDW announced another arc (Angel:Old Friends) will be released in the fall.

Good?

What are you referring to?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.
