The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

Just remembered, I did have to go into a comic store a few years ago to get God Loves, Man Kills for my son for Xmas.

Sweet!

Addiction and poverty - they're both so much better when you can drag your friends down with you.

Another social casualty...

I spent several minutes puzzling over "Rojhas"'s name, trying to figure out what it was supposed to translate to, but Rogers never occurred to me. I guess because I'm not that familiar with Captian America and had forgotten his name is Steve Rogers.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

SA, which account did you send it to, and what subject?

Damn. Need more Tick Omnibuses in the house now, too. Stupid comic book store, reminding me what I want to spend my days reading.

And hey, now that Edlund's on the writing staff, I find myself re-reading early Tick and thinking "yeah, perfect fit."

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

And hey, now that Edlund's on the writing staff, I find myself re-reading early Tick and thinking "yeah, perfect fit."

Hell, yes.

My foray into the comic store resulted in my purchase of the "At Death's Door" manga. I also came quite close to purchasing Jay and Silent Bob inaction figures.

Gandolf, should I wait to see if your comic book store has the Fray?

No, I meant, yes to both 1602 and Fray.

I think.

Yes, that's what I meant.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Whew. Got it. Read it quickly in the car during lunch. Like it.

Snowbird, huh? Interesting. Wouldn't have gotten the protector's name, ever. Not familiar with him.
