Woo -- look at that. A whole new world, and so close to home. Who knew?
Thanks!
Isn't Marvel's "1602" due to be released today? I haven't followed Marvel for years, but this series looks like it's going to suck me right back in.
Well, I think you should at least get the last one in comic form -- so you have Joss' letter page.

Yes it is due today. Neil Gaiman placing the Marvel Universe back in time to the year 1602. Thank god it's only an 8-issue run (@$3.50/issue).
I tell you, Fray has really cost me a lot of my disposable income. I hadn't been reading comic books, except for an occasional trade paperback, until Fray arrived. Now I'm a regular who shows up every Wednesday to get the new stuff, and I know far too much about current DC comics than may be considered healthy.
Talk about your gateway drug...
1602 is out TODAY!?! Damn, it would be a day when I'm busy!
so you have Joss' letter page.Yes. You will want this.

Wrod. Who knew Fray would lead me to a such an avid addiction or that buying things that cost $3 a piece could force you to dip into your savings account? Uh. Not that I've done that or anything.
Finally, I loved every page of Fray, and thought I had maxed out my ability to love a Jossverse character on Faith before I met Mel, but did anyone else think the "slang" used in Fray was a wee bit forced or detracted from the story? It got on my nerves a bit. And does a little more every time I re-read it.

Ah, OK. Thanks. See, I knew this was the right place to come.
Tina, the slang was similar to Firefly, which makes the whole thing that much more interesting to me.
