Okay, um, I'm lost. Uh, I'm angry, and I'm armed, so if you two have something that you need to work out --

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Whedon and Cassaday on X-Men for 24 more issues.

Wheee. Even if that's only 12 more, it makes me very happy.

My one concern is whether Astounishing will get caught up in the up-coming x-over. Anyone know?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Outsiders rocked. But it spoke quite directly to a weak spot or two of mine.

Nightwing question -- who's the spice girl referenced? Is it literal?

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I'm guessing that ita's questions mean that today's new comics were not delayed by President's Day. w00t!

Art Crawl!!!

Yeah, I got dragged into going to lunch today so couldn't get to the comic shop at lunch. But in about 20 minutes I can head directly there!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

ita, did you not see Nightwing's response? Koriand'r? Isn't that the space chick, Starfire or whatever?

D'OH! How dumb am I? Of course.

Somehow I thought he was talking about yet another one.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Somehow I thought he was talking about yet another one.

Nightwing. Man-ho of the galaxy.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Nightwing. Man-ho of the galaxy.

I thought Arsenal was the number one slut-bunny.

I think it kind of comes down to Arsenal having to try, whereas with Nightwing it sort of happens despite himself. He is a tragic ho.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

He is a tragic ho.

I think we need to further explore what intrinsic flaw in Dick's character makes him a massive ho-bag. For purely scientific purposes, of course.
