So, I have a question: if you were pimpin, what ONE title of all the titles you read would you suggest your peeps add to their pull?
In order, I'd say: Ocean, Powers, Manhunter.
I have to get Manhunter back issues because SA is an evil pimp.

I think my OMG reaction was mostly because I didn't see it coming at all. I'd like to blame part of it on being distracted on the train, but most likely I just wasn't astute enough. I really liked it though.
Oh! And how did things work out with the roommate sitch?It remains unresolved. The chick still hasn't checked out of my room yet, which is posing a problem for me as the RA's are beginning to get testy at me since I'm the only one they see--not her.
I set up my pull list at my comic book store on Saturday. I was afraid that they would be as somewhat unknowledgeable as they'd been in the past, but it seems to be better managed. They're working on organising, too, which is excellent news. And they may actually be able to get me back issues. All of which is exciting.
However, the length of my pull list was astonishing, in a where's-my-money-going sort of way. And as I noted to Steph when I saw her the other day, I never thought a year ago that this would be me. I remember coming back from Rome and buying Plei Batman socks because I thought she'd find them cute, and not being comics-oriented at all. A year later, I'm as involved as she is. Well, perhaps not quite as involved.

Well, I don't know about the others but I have read that first one with the bubble-car. I can believe that they're real.
