Not too unusual for a limited edition hardcover. Probably have lots of additional pages thrown, maybe even signed.

Yeah, I saw a limited edition HC of Stray Toasters at my local comics shop and it was $80. Don't know what extras there were though, or if it was signed.

Actually, the weirdly numbered one was a collection of a three part story that was a backup in other comics in the month before the new series was released. They probably numbered it 1 because it was a one-off...
