S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

My new comic store (in my 'hood; it opened in August) is a wee tiny one

Is this the same one I went to?

I've got a lovely independant comic book store called Gosh Comics across from the British Museum. They've been lovely about doing pulls for me. I can't believe I have pulls. In another country.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

No -- the one we went to when you were here is the previously-mentioned "big one." This new one is teeny-tiny, but it seems they have games going on every night (I learned this from their Web site, which is very bare-bones but kind of funny, text-content-wise).

And the owner is cute and geeky. And a big ol' democrat.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

SA, I've been to that comic book store!

Oh, cool. I really like it. The people are quite helpful and knowledgeable. It's small, but well-crafted. There's a bunch of comic stores in that area, around Tottenham Ct.--at least four, probably five.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Looks like it's just 'Tec, Firestorm, Outsiders, and The Question for me. Slow week.

I have a plan.

where the glasses aren't the disguise--the cape is.

I always thought of it the other way around myself. There was a nice little speech in Kill Bill Vol. 2 by David Carradine about it. Where clumsy, near sighted Clark Kent is the disguise because that's how Kal El sees humans as compared to himself.

I had issues with that speech.

QT blew a whole lot of his geek cred on that one.
