"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Crossing every finger. Hitch and Immonen are the two best artists working in comics today, IMHO.

Art Crawl!!!

Okay -- looked at the link more carefully. The interview is dated yesterday. The person who posted it was registered in August 2002 (thus my confusion.)

Bryan Hitch interview.

There is one of them that does.

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

Do we know who Boom jr's mom is?

Supposed to be Golden Glider, but who knows for sure?

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I was wondering about that, but then I think revealing something that important in another book wouldn't be playing fair.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I'd wondered that, too.

I was wondering about that, but then I think revealing something that important in another book wouldn't be playing fair.

Why so?

Mysteries should play fair with the reader. It's fine to have stories that support the main book in other books, like the autopsy in JSA, but any clues of importance from those stories ought to be mentioned in the main title, as the revelation from JSA was.
